Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries only take place Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
We will aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days from date of order for orders placed before 12pm. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary during times of peak demand.
If you have not received your parcel within 7 working days from the date of purchase, please contact our Delivery Customer Service Team via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +65 6476 7472 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9:00am and 6:00pm.
In the unlikely event that your products are damaged in transit, please contact us via phone +65 6476 7472 or email email@example.com within 7 business days and we will arrange for a replacement. Please note you may be asked to supply a digital photograph of any damaged products.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide to us is sufficient and correct. To ensure prompt and successful delivery it is preferable if you provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for receipt of your package.

You will be notified via automatic email when your package has been dispatched. There is no delivery public holidays.
