Q: Can I write a gift card message to include in my Cadbury Joy Delivery?
A: No. If you wish to have personalised gift, the only way is to do so via our personalised options. Choose from a 50g chocolate bar, 200g chocolate bloc or exclusive gift box. Additional fee applies.
Q: Can I change the selection of products in my gift box?
A: Each gift box contains a variety of carefully selected Cadbury chocolate products. Currently we cannot alter the product mix on request, but we may be able to provide this option in the future. If you are able to select particular Cadbury products, we will do everything possible to ensure your product selection is delivered. In the unlikely event that an advertised product is unavailable, it will be replaced with a product of equal or greater value
Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit card payments.
Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: A $3.90 (excluding GST) delivery fee applies to each order. Orders above $40 enjoy free delivery. The applicable delivery fees will be applied at the time of checkout.
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: Cadbury Joy Deliveries Singapore currently only delivers within Singapore.
Q: How soon after I've ordered does my order arrive?
A: Personalised orders require 5 working days upon order (before 12 pm). Other orders will take 3 working days to deliver. We deliver Monday to Saturday (except public holidays). For any delivery queries, contact our Customer Service Team via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 6476 7472 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 6.00pm.
Q: Can I organise a specific time for my order to arrive?
A: Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. Delivery is between 9 am to 10 pm. If this is a commercial area, we will strive to deliver during working hours.
Q: What happens if there is no one home to accept delivery of my order?
A: We will send you an SMS notication to reschedule the delivery or you may call contact our Delivery Customer Service Team via phone 6476 7472 or email email@example.com to have it rescheduled.

Q: What happens if I want to return my product?
A: Given the tailored nature of the offer, products that have been purchased can’t be returned. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement. Please note you may be asked to supply a digital photograph of any damaged products.
Q: Is the Cadbury Online store owned by Cadbury?
A: Yes. The Cadbury Joy Deliveries Singapore online store (cadbury.sg) is owned by Mondelez Singapore trading as Cadbury, and provided through our fulfilment partner UrbanFox Pte Ltd.
