Can I write a gift card message to include in my Cadbury Joy Delivery?

You will not need a gift card as we offer personalized options on our pack. Choose from a 50g chocolate bar, 180g chocolate block or exclusive gift box. Additional fee applies.

Can I change the selection of products in my gift box?

Yes, you may choose the chocolates that go in to the Library gift pack, bars and blocks with a range of sleeves. Other gift boxes contain a variety of carefully selected Cadbury chocolate products. In the unlikely event that an advertised product is unavailable, it will be replaced with a product of equal or greater value.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit card payments.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery fee will vary based on the shipping method chosen, value of the order and postal code. A $3.90 delivery fee applies to each order below $40 for standard delivery. Orders above $40 will enjoy free delivery. Next-day delivery is also available for an extra fee of $10 per order. There may be additional shipping costs for certain remote postal codes. Applicable delivery fees will be applied at the time of checkout.

Where do you deliver to?

Cadbury Joy Deliveries Singapore currently only delivers within Singapore.

How soon after I've ordered does my order arrive?

Personalised orders require 5 working days for orders received before 12.00noon. Other orders will take 3 working days to deliver. We deliver Monday to Saturday (except public holidays). For any delivery queries, please contact our Customer Service Team via email wecare@cadbury.sg or phone 6476 7472 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 6.00pm.

Can I organise a specific time for my order to arrive?

Delivery time cannot be promised. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have any concerns.

What happens if there is no one home to accept delivery of my order?

You may call contact our Delivery Customer Service Team at least 3 days in advance via phone 6476 7472 or email at wecare@cadbury.sg to have it rescheduled.

Can I check the status of my order?

You may check your order status by logging in to the website with the registered email ID. Alternatively, you may contact our Delivery Customer Service Team via phone 6476 7472 or email wecare@cadbury.sg to check the status of your order.

What happens if my item is damaged or I need assistance?

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

What happens if I want to return my product?

Given the tailored nature of the offer, products that have been purchased cannot be returned. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery to arrange for a replacement. Please note you may be asked to supply a digital photograph of any damaged products.

Is the Cadbury Online store owned by Cadbury?

Yes. The Cadbury Joy Deliveries Singapore online store is owned by Mondelez Asia Pacific Pte Ltd trading as Cadbury, and provided through our fulfilment partner UrbanFox Pte Ltd.
